Service Description
This is an 8 hour, enhanced carry course. The course can be split into 2 days. However, the most common way is to conduct the course in one day. This course consist of a classroom session, and a range session. Topics covered in the classroom are: safe handling of pistols and revolvers, shooting fundamentals, marksmanship, defensive shooting concepts, Mississippi law specific to concealed carry of guns, use of defensive force, and more. The range portion consist of thorough review of safe gun handling procedures, shooting fundamentals, and other pertinent information covered in the classroom portion. The live-fire drills will be performed from various yardage. The drills performed are designed in a way to ensure that you use proper pistol shooting fundamentals and to demonstrate proficiency with your handgun. You will also shoot a qualification course of fire that will be scored on a point system. You will leave this course with confidence in your ability to safely handle and use a handgun.
